Called Carter floors to repair our wavy wood floors. Jason came and explained how moisture and humidity in our basement were affecting the entry level first floors. He even took the time to show me which product to order to monitor humidity levels. Talk about customer service!

Once the humidity levels were under control, the floors were refinished. The crew did fantastic work. It has been over a year since the work was done and still everyone asks if we got new floors.

We just completed our third job with Carter Floors. Each time we have had a different crew, however they all are outstanding and professional workers. This job was completed by Justin, Austin and Tim they did a outstanding job and were a pleasure to work with. As an example of their expertise they had to install flooring between two ends of the house, which they previously installed. The precision they used to match the flow of boards was marvelous! I heard a lot of algebra going on but we could not be happier with the results.
If you want professionals that call you back, are on time and produce quality this is your team!
One more thing no dust no mess the equipment they use left the house amazingly dust free!

We had carpet removed and wood flooring installed, along with refinishing additional existing hardwood flooring to match. There was -zero- sawdust in the house afterwards and the floors look great. Jason's team are craftsmen - the way they talked to each other on the project - you can tell they took the details seriously, and that attention comes out in the finished product. The crew communicated with us multiple times during the day and throughout the week-long project. Will be using this company again when we rip out more carpeting...
